Gustav's Chophouse - Patio Takeover

Gustav's Chophouse's newest Executive Chef is Chef Justin Miller from Cabin Kitchen.  Their menu features fresh, sustainable products and items produced in-house to create their dishes from scratch.

While not all restaurant patios are created equal, we've partnered with Gustav's Chophouse to bring you a dining experience like no other.  Rain or Shine, dine under the stars or tents of Georgian Hills Vineyards in their new event space.  Enhance your evening menu with a perfect wine pairing suggestions with the delicious Georgian Hills, Notty Bay and Wild & Inspired Series of Award Winning Wines.  Wine is not included in the price of the ticket, all wine, cider and non-alcholic drinks are available in addition to the ticket price. 

Enjoy a 4-course dinner with live music in a relaxing outdoor atmosphere.  Tickets also includes a $15 donation to Indigenous Awareness Canada, entertainment by the one and only Shane Cloutier, and gratuity for your amazing servers.

MENU

1 - Pickled heirloom beets, whipped goat cheese, baby greens, apple cider emulsion.  

2 - Panko crusted shellfish croquet with apple fennel ginger slaw and green goddess sauce

3 - 18 hour tagliatelle Bolognese braised angus beef short rib, slow cooked tomato ragù, buttered egg noodles

4 - Dark chocolate S'mores cake with torched marshmallow, crushed cocoa graham crackers caramel, whipped cream.

As this event is outdoors, it is recommended you adorn appropriate attire for warmth in case it gets cool in the evenings.  This event is rain or shine.

There are currently no limits to the group table size.  If you wish to sit with another group , please note the reservation name and we will do our very best to accommodate.  *Groups must be at the same seating time.
